To help us scale, we’re looking for a Senior Tech Talent Sourcer to find the most exciting engineering and data science talent in the UK & Europe. We’re after someone who is excited & driven by our mission and hellbent on building an inclusive & amazing team.

The role

You'll spend your time partnering with recruiters & hiring stakeholders, making sure our most crucial pipelines in engineering & data are always healthy and diverse.

What you’ll be doing
  • Mapping out markets for engineering & data talent Cleo wants to hire - now and in the future. This will predominantly be in the UK & Europe.
  • Reaching out & engaging engineering & data talent, filling & balancing these pipelines to keep a healthy ratio of live candidates to jobs.
  • Having screening calls with candidates, assessing candidate fit for Cleo, and vice versa.
  • Working with recruiters & stakeholders to shortlist candidates for interview.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest tools & platforms to find candidates. Should we spend our budget/time on LI Recruiter, Hired et al or something else altogether? Your "on the ground knowledge" will play a huge role in evolving our recruiter toolkit.
  • Still with tools & platforms, you'll use data to measure ROI on which recruiting tools & platforms we should be using and what's the most efficient use of time & budgets.
  • Anything we've missed that you should be doing as a Sourcer? Please tell us! Our sourcing team is new to Cleo so there's plenty of room to influence the scope of the job.
About you
  • You have experience sourcing direct talent for product led orgs. This can be in agency or internal TA teams.
  • You enjoy the art of sourcing awesome talent. You get that buzzy feeling when a great candidate responds to your reachout, after a great candidate call, or maybe you've found a new sourcing hack - these things excite you :-)
  • You're a good storyteller. Being able to craft compelling & authentic value propositions for candidates is crucial to be successful.
  • You have a structured & methodical approach to breaking down target markets & regions, and how you work day to day. We'd like to shy away from a spray and pray approach.
  • The same structure should apply to how you work with recruiters on your hiring priorities, and how you manage your time.
  • Though not essential, it'd be great if you've worked in sourcer & recruiter teams before. This is one of the first tech sourcer roles we're hiring for and it'd be great to lean on your experiences of good processes.
