Senior Technical Consultant

Our team is looking for a dynamic, client-facing Senior Integrations Technical Consultant to join our growing Professional Services Team! You will start by learning our product offering and become familiar with our integration tools. Your efforts will carry impact as you will support internal and external stakeholders on their Unanet Connect integration needs. Our ideal candidate will be tech savvy, a quick study, as well as someone who enjoys working on multiple, concurrent, and customer-facing projects.
Unanet's industry-leading products integrate with numerous external systems, primarily through a suite of iPaaS solutions. You will collaborate with Product Development and the rest of our Technical Services Team to develop, implement, and extend iPaaS integration solutions. Additionally, you will work with our colleagues within our Professional Services Team to support existing interfaces built using our legacy integration technologies.
Our Technical Consultants also work closely with internal and external Business Consultants to coordinate project schedules and to review and validate customer outcomes.
What You'll Do

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to implement Unanet Connect integrations, both as stand-alone projects and as part of larger ERP/CRM implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with Project Management to maintain ongoing integration project schedules.
• Collaborate with our team on new tools and efficiencies
• Develop new methods of integrating with third-party systems
• Work with our Product and Technical Services Teams to support existing integrations, both legacy and Unanet Connect, and assist in developing, implementing, and extending new Unanet Connect integrations
• Extend, develop, and deploy solutions using Workato

Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days, you will be immersed in learning our products, solutions, tools, and development standards, including the data model as well as Technology Services policies and procedures. Product education will be at the forefront of your efforts, in concert with shadowing other Technology Consultants and Support team members during customer interactions and solution design and development. Working with another member of our team, you will develop and deliver your first billable solution to a client.
In your first 60 day: You will be directly involved delivering Unanet Connect integrations for client implementations with Senior team members shadowing you. While continuing to educate yourself on Unanet's products, your efforts will directly support our Unanet Connect integration platform. Additional areas may include troubleshooting and/or shadowing delivery of legacy integration technologies.
In your first 90 days: You will build on your experience to date and be a primary customer point of contact for Unanet Connect integration delivery projects. You may also be involved in delivering and/or troubleshooting legacy integration solutions. At this point, you will be poised to grow and expand that knowledge as a core member of our Technical Services Team.
Who You Are

• 5+ years client-facing technical consulting experience
• Demonstrable experience working with REST APIs and building third-party software integrations
• Ability to work with customers to troubleshoot technical issues
• Ability to multi-task across numerous client projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and team skills and the desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• High level of initiative to work alone or part of a team
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

Your Differentiators

• Demonstrable experience with iPaaS and processes, Workato preferred
• Experience with development using Ruby
• Experience with development using SQL

The salary range for this opportunity is $100,000 - $115,000 per year. You will be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
