This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Consultant – Salesforce Field Service in Mexico.

This role is designed for an experienced Salesforce professional who thrives at the intersection of architecture, hands-on technical delivery, and client advisory. You will lead complex Salesforce Field Service implementations, helping organizations optimize dispatching, scheduling, and mobile workforce operations through scalable solutions. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will translate business requirements into robust Salesforce architectures while guiding clients through design decisions and trade-offs. The position combines solution architecture, development oversight, and direct client engagement in a fast-paced consulting environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery of enterprise Salesforce projects. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will directly shape customer success and platform scalability across multiple industries.

Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a Salesforce Field Service subject matter expert, leading the design and implementation of field service solutions including scheduling optimization, dispatching, and mobile workforce enablement
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce architecture solutions
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related ecosystem products
  • Oversee hands-on technical delivery, supporting both declarative and programmatic development activities as needed
  • Ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards, scalability requirements, and client business goals
  • Collaborate with project managers to define scope, estimates, technical roadmaps, and delivery timelines
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, developers, and administrators
  • Develop clear technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidance for internal and client use
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, presenting solutions and explaining technical trade-offs in business-friendly terms
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery practices and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments
    • Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service implementations (required)
    • Background in client-facing consulting, solution architecture, or technical lead roles
    • Strong experience with Salesforce platform capabilities including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
    • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations
    • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles and scalable system design
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead workshops, present to stakeholders, and explain technical concepts clearly
    • Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in fast-paced consulting environments
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Health Cloud) is a plus
    • Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) is a plus
    • Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect or System Architect) are highly valued
    • Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification is a strong plus
