About the Role

Figure Technology Solutions wants to grow its engineering team with a Senior Technical Product Manager. The ideal candidate will drive the development of our technical products from concept to launch. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and align with the company's strategic goals. 

What You’ll Do:

•  Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our technical products
•  Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on business priorities and technical feasibility 
•  Gather and analyze customer feedback, market research, and industry trends to inform product decisions
•  Work closely with design and user experience teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user interface 
•  Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and enable successful product launches 
•  Monitor product performance and conduct regular reviews to identify opportunities for improvement
•  Serve as a subject matter expert for the technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders 

What We Look For:

•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus 
•  5+ years experience successfully shipping products and features
•  Proven track record of successfully managing technical products from concept to launch 
•  Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies 
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams 
•  Solid analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to making decisions
•  Experience working in an agile development environment 
•  Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams to achieve common goals

Salary

• Compensation Range: $127,600.00 to $159,500.00
• Quarterly 25% bonus target
• Equity stock options package
• This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
