If that sounds fun, we would love to meet you!ResponsibilitiesIdentity Platform seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive some of most complex technical programs within the Identity Business units (BUs). You will be charged with delivering critical business outcomes for the business units that are typically cross BU and cross division and span 70+ engineering teams. Collectively our programs have a large and enduring impact across the Entra organization.
We are looking for a well-rounded technical program manager with a proven ability to navigate stakeholders across the company and with an ability to engage with business and technical leaders at all levels. You are an expert authority on managing projects and programs, navigating competing priorities, and guiding teams toward the finish line. Successful candidates will have a technical acumen, be detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving ability.
This opportunity reports to the Principal Technical Program Manager for embedded BU TPM program within the Identity Platform Business Unit.

• At least 5 years' experience developing and running comprehensive program plans and driving execution according to the plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership in defining and tracking success criteria and performance metrics.
• Track and report progress against program metrics
• Have run programs which deliver technology outcomes. You know what it takes to build, operate, and evolve services which operate at high scale on cloud infrastructure
• Experience using data to understand progress and evaluating success
• Proven ability to lead and drive consensus across leadership, team, and organizational boundaries and to deliver outcomes - the scope of this role is company-wide
• Extensive experience influencing executive leadership and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communications skills, comfortable presenting to large audiences and customers
• A solid foundation in service-oriented and web-service technologies so that you can understand service interdependencies and drive toward technical solutions for multi-tiered systems
• Prior experience working in the Identity and/or Security technology domains.
• Prior experience working in public key infrastructure (PKI) services and certificate management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
