About the Role:

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a Senior Technical Project Consultant to join our expanding Technology Projects team. This senior-level position plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing sophisticated technical projects, including system implementations and strategic IT configurations for a diverse client base.

*This role is based out of the DC, MD, VA area and will sometimes require onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Helps leads the strategic direction for technical implementations, ensuring that they align with DelCor's long-term vision and industry
• Takes the lead in high-stakes project planning and management. 
• Oversees the development of comprehensive project plans across teams and ensures alignment with business goals.
• Implement Microsoft 365 administration and strategic configuration. 

Preferred Experience:

• 10 years of IT technical support experience
• Ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and configuration 
• Ability to handle migrations to the Microsoft 365 platform 
• Experience and ability to configure firewalls, especially SonicWALL firewalls
• Experience with and ability to configure network switches, especially HP Procurve 
• Ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders
