Senior Technical Recruiter

Fivetran is a Best Place to Work company in hyper-growth mode and looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support Product and Engineering hiring. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Recruiting you’ll join an experienced team of focused, team-oriented recruiters. The NORAM technical recruiting team works with business leaders across North America as consultative, collaborative recruiting partners - championing Fivetran values as we deliver best in class talent to our rapidly growing organization.

This role can be based from our growing Denver, CO office with the ability to work remotely 3-4 days per week, or based fully remote anywhere in the US.

• Design and execute full cycle recruitment strategies to deliver top technical talent for Product and Engineering departments
• Build strong relationships with technical leaders and serve as their strategic recruiting partner 
• Partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, L&D, DEI, Ops, Sourcers and Coordinators to drive positive experiences for candidates and hiring partners 
• Continuously find, engage, qualify and hire top technical talent for Fivetran
• Adhere to good data hygiene and best practices; using tooling to give you a tactical advantage in the marketplace
• Drive intake and debrief meetings with the business and ensure a seamless interviewing experience
• Support Fivetran’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and participate in our talent strategies to build diverse candidate pools

• Typically, 6+ years of technical recruiting experience within fast paced environments 
• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience within technology driven companies
• 1+ year of experience driving hiring outcomes for Product leaders and Product teams
• Ability to build relationships with technical leaders, influence hiring managers and pitch candidates 
• Strong passion for sourcing talent, and experienced using LinkedIn, email sequencing tools and/or boolean strings
• Intercultural intelligence and a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
• Ability to thrive remotely and adapt quickly to rapidly changing hiring needs
• A keen eye for detail and ability to follow process and best practices
• Understanding of industry trends and common recruiting metrics
• Experience with an ATS and/or outreach tools like Greenhouse, Lever, Gem, Beamery, Yello, Jobvite, Seekout, TopFunnel, Linkedin Recruiter, etc.
