This role offers the opportunity to lead full-cycle technical recruiting initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with engineering and leadership teams to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent, ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to negotiation and offer, while building a strong talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs. This position requires strategic planning, relationship building, and a results-driven mindset to meet ambitious hiring goals. Ideal candidates are experienced, highly organized, and capable of influencing stakeholders while navigating a dynamic, rapidly scaling organization.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and close
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with annual hiring goals
  • Build and maintain pipelines of top-tier candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the process
  • Conduct outreach through online and offline channels to attract and engage technical talent
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and reduce time-to-hire
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 6 years in the engineering or technical industry
    • Proven experience hiring software engineers and technical talent, AV industry experience preferred
    • Expertise in direct sourcing strategies and building strong talent pipelines
    • Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
    • Global recruiting experience, with Canada recruiting preferred
    • Strong communication and influencing skills to work with leadership and hiring managers
    • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Drive for results, organization, and attention to detail in executing recruiting initiatives
