We are seeking highly motivated Test Automation Engineers to support opportunities in Moorestown, NJ.
Responsibilities: Work in a collaborative team providing test automation solutions for the development and sustainment of Mission Critical Real-Time Systems, performing the following tasks:• Design and develop automation test suites for UI and backend.• Manage and maintain automated testing frameworks.• Isolate, replicate, and report defects to the software teams.• Operate using Agile software delivery methodology.• Enhance CI/CD pipelines with test automation solutions.• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior test automation engineers• Analyze requirements and software design for testability issues.• Support continuous improvement by refining the testing process.• Stay current with the latest software technologies and best practices.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor degree (in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related field) or equivalent related work experience.US Citizenship to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• 4 - 8 years of experience in software development and/or testing software.• Strong software design skills, specifically in object-oriented principles.• Software experience using C++, Java.• Experience with JUnit and CppUnit• Excellent communication skills are required.• Ability to take on projects and operate with minimal oversight desired.• Ability to write detailed test cases and execute testing for a real-time mission critical weapon system.• Acquainted with Jenkins or similar continuous integration software.• Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Automated Test methodologies.• Understanding of SDLC principles and Agile Methodologies.• Experience in writing test scripts and executing on test systems.• Experience with containerization.• Experience working with and communicating effectively with development teams.• US Citizenship to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Experience with the following tools is a plus:• Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket)• xUnit Tools (CppUnit, JUnit, GoogleTest, PyUnit, Mockito)• Java Swing and X11 a plus• Jenkins• Selenium
