Senior Treasury Manager - Capital Markets

The opportunity

Join our small yet mighty treasury team and have an enormous impact on crafting the future of Unity. You’ll lead our global capital markets and risk management activities by driving our capital allocation strategy, assessing our foreign exchange exposure, and managing our corporate risk insurance program. You will have high visibility with significant influence on our financial results and risk management practices, and you will build positive relationships across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and execute capital markets transactions, including share repurchase, debt issuance, and refinancing
• Observe and report on market trends and economic factors that influence key financial metrics, as well as considerations related to capital structure, investment, and foreign exchange decisions
• Oversee our corporate insurance program.

What we're looking for

• Corporate Treasury Capital Markets leadership experience, including capital structure strategy, transactions, and rating agency engagement
• Proficient in financial modeling
• Strong communication skills and experience engaging and influencing senior leadership and external partners.

You might also have

• Extensive progressive leadership experience in Treasury or Finance
• MBA, CFA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
• Experience with Workday ERP and Bloomberg
