QuickFrame is looking for a seasoned Senior User Interface Designer to join our product team and help innovate our user experience for creative delivery for brands that advertise in numerous channels. As a part of the QuickFrame Product Team, you'll be working with a group of highly motivated individuals who are the creative minds behind our platform. We're looking for someone who can run their post like a business and has experience leading design efforts across different teams while ensuring that their UI design delivers both practical and innovative solutions for creative delivery.

You'll be plotting user journeys, setting acceptance criteria for your design work, and acting as the liaison between stakeholders and the design team, all while being the “go-to” for all things related to UI design and user experience in the QuickFrame platform. You'll be expected to schedule regular meetings with key stakeholders and send frequent updates to the company on all products and releases. You'll be working directly with your design peers to share and iterate on new concepts to innovate creative delivery for brand advertising in numerous channels.

Your ability to communicate effectively and “run a room”, while working with a variety of personalities, is pivotal. You'll be a part of a small team rapidly designing and prototyping new features and ideas for current and next-generation QuickFrame products.

What You’ll Do:

• Work cross-functionally with other QuickFrame teams to identify needs and carry out product vision
• Research user base to uncover and implement opportunities for innovation
• Prototype simple & intuitive experiences and collaborate with the development team to inform future product features and benefits
• Contribute to all stages of the design process from user research to wireframes and shipping the product
• Create Mockups, Presentations to express your concepts and vet them with your peers
• Work with product design to bring the ideas to life
• Prioritize backlogs
• Work cross-functionally across departments to be the voice of user engagement and campaign management
• Coordinate with design team to constantly improve user engagement for new and existing QuickFrame products
• Build relationships across departments
• Become a QuickFrame subject matter expert

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience designing for B2C or B2B SaaS self-service apps
• Background in Creative, CMS, and Marketplace platforms is a plus
• Experience working on analytics UX and demonstrating quick design thinking skills and iterating fast on new product concepts
• Experience doing concept design for fresh new next-generation product initiatives across larger teams
• Understanding of Creative delivery and Content Management platforms that provide tools for onboarding, tracking, and two-way communication and rating systems
• Passionate about creating beautiful user-centric experiences
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Ability to create product requirements and prioritize the backlog
• Strong wireframing & design skills
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Solid and current working knowledge of Figma, components  
• Proficient working with a design system and structuring all your project work in a clean and efficient way
• Experience with JIRA
• Start-up experience is a nice-to-have
