Overview:
LivePerson is a remote-first company. This leadership position is remote, with America's timezone preferred. Team members are based in the Americas, EMEA and APAC. You will report directly to the EVP, Global Revenue Organization that oversees our field organization worldwide. It's a high visibility leadership role in our internal operations, with customers, and in the broader market as an expert.
You will:
- Develop a stellar versatile team responsible for the implementation design and delivery of our products
- Ensure our customers capture the highest and best value not only from the implementation of our products, but also the role our products play in their broader operations and consumer experience
- Guide the creation of unique intellectual property that enables customers to swiftly capture this value, which the Design & Build team can re-use and refine. Examples are industry value roadmaps or use case strategies.
- Manage the team to use targets and ensure the related hours are deployed with customers, contractual commitments and the account team
- Build systems to ensure ongoing professional development and education required to successfully implement our software and advise our customers
- Manage the services P&L to targets with an iron grip, helping develop and refine our service offerings based on their customer and financial impact
- Be an important member and partner on the senior management team running and continuously improving our worldwide field operations
You have:
- You have a partner-like collaborative leadership inside and outside the company, and mentor your team to do so as well. It's crucial the Design & Build organization is well aligned to our account teams and the broader field organization.
- You have excellent experience managing services businesses and P&Ls
- You have that rare combination of being able to run a tight operation and also bring vision to the team and our customers
- You can plan and accomplish responsibilities independently
