The Role


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President of Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in Product Marketing Management (PMM) and Demand Generation within the B2B SaaS space. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating demand for our cutting-edge products.

Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to drive innovation and establish the company as a thought leader in the B2B SaaS industry.

Responsibilities - Product Marketing Management (PMM)

  • Lead the PMM function, ensuring effective product positioning, messaging, and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to understand features, benefits, and market positioning to inform marketing strategies.

Responsibilities - Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, events, and content marketing.

Responsibilities - Brand Development

  • Own and evolve the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Work to enhance brand awareness and perception, both within existing markets and as the company expands.

Responsibilities - Team Management

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.

Responsibilities - Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achievement of shared goals.
  • Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in the B2B SaaS space
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective PMM and Demand Generation strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)

The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate’s starting pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses. The pay range for this position is $252,300 - $290,000.
