• Deliver full life-cycle recruiting: source, screen, interview, and prepare candidates through the entire cycle.
• Welcome and onboard new Cakers.
• Run processes and programs to improve the workplace environment and company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Promote internal communication, ensuring that all Cakers are engaged.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Facilitate the offboarding process for Cakers, ensuring a respectful and smooth transition.
• Run performance review processes to ensure employee development and alignment with Cheesecake Labs' goals.
• Collect and analyze HR information to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in generalist HR roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or HR Technician.
• English proficiency
• Good communication skills, both in verbal and writing 
• Ability to efficiently use Google Sheets and G-Suite plataforms for data management, reporting, and collaborative work.
• Understanding and utilizing KPIs to measure and improve HR processes and outcomes.
• Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and insights.
• Focus on achieving goals and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Commitment to enhancing the experience and satisfaction of employees.
• Applicants must have a Brazilian bank account, be legally allowed to provide services to a Brazilian entity and willingness to receive in Brazilian local currency (Real R$)

• Understanding of OKR framework.
• Experience or familiarity with ATS software and Hubspot.
• Familiarity with technological concepts that can aid in understanding the needs of a tech-focused company.
