About the PositionÂ
At G-P we are in high-growth mode – we have doubled in size last year and plan to continue this pace for the next five years. Given our aggressive charter, we’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented SEO Strategist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As SEO Strategist, you’ll work closely with the Sr. Manager for Web Strategy on analyzing & creating SEO strategies, prioritize the vitality of a mobile optimized website, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks; for our multi-regional marketing team.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies; based on elaborate keyword research, competitor review, and content gap analysis
- Performing keyword research in sync with the client’s business goals to optimize the prevailing content and discover new opportunities
- Perform in-depth SEO audits for various websites and provide scalable optimization recommendations
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Provide performance insights to increase visibility within search engines
- Manage SEO Agency efforts and recommend tools & technology to expand our best practices and domain authority
- Provide quarterly measurement on SEO performance
- Collaborate/Partner with technical SEO Specialist to optimize site performance

What We’re Looking ForÂ
- 3+ years of experience in creating and implementing SEO Strategy
- Expert-level proficiency with analytical tools and software - Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, etc
- Experience with CMS such as WordPress
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, Lighthouse)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field
- Experience with Keyword reporting platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner)
- Experience with large-scale content optimization (roadmaps, keyword performance)
- In-depth knowledge of the use Google Search ConsoleÂ
