What you'll Do:

  • You will work with internal stakeholders to provide an effective solution using the ServiceNow toolset.
  • You will be responsible for the overall design of a large-scale enterprise application using best practices.
  • you will also be responsible for developing various components, technical documentation, and implementation guides.
  • You will serve as an ITIL expert in the analysis/development of existing processes, procedures, and methods to promote effective business and systems operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, and discontinuance.
  • Establish and maintain strong and productive relationships with the IT partner and suppliers to ensure that service performance is effectively managed and monitored, and issues are dealt with promptly and in line with contractual obligations.
  • Manage performance and set direction, priorities and assign clear accountabilities and performance expectations; review performance and address underperformance when needed. Lead the staff appraisal process effectively
  • Drive process change by integrating new processes with existing ones.
  • Provide domain, architecture, and the technical aspects of our projects to our clients
  • Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices & industry trends to clients
  • Analyze and estimate the time required to design, develop, and implement the technical solutions
  • Participate in requirements gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and members of the team
  • Guide junior members of the team when required
  • Develop system documentation, including process flows, design documents.
  • Propose integration with other tools whenever possible.
  • Implement new release functionalities to help business users.

What you'll Need:

  • Extensive experience in end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM solution in ServiceNow
  • Expert knowledge of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with ITIL processes.
  • Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points.
  • Experience in the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in architecting and deploying large-scale ServiceNow. Implementations.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify problems and recommend solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • Extensive experience in working in a Service Assurance, implementing ITIL / service management strategy, processes, and tooling.
  • Significant and demonstrable experience in ITIL v4
  • Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, colleagues, and users in pursuit of delivering high quality services whilst maintaining service targets.
  • Demonstrated experience with the functionality of ServiceNow and New Relic toolsets
  • 2 years' experience in team management

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $120,000.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $175,000.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
