Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Virtual Agent. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance our organization's efficiency and effectiveness across these domains.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and implement solutions leveraging various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, TPRM, HRSD, Performance Analytics and Virtual Agent

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business needs and improve workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform

• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, reports, and dashboards

• Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow configurations and customizations

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations

• Create and maintain technical documentation and support documentation for ServiceNow solutions

• Stay updated with ServiceNow platform upgrades, new features, and industry best practices

• Mentor and guide junior developers or team members as needed

What experience you need  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with in-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, TPRM, HRSD, or Virtual Agent modules

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and best practices

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UIBuilder  and experience with Web Services integrations (REST, SOAP)

• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• ServiceNow certifications in relevant modules (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, etc.) are highly desirable

• Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision

• UI development (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Angular and Bootstrap) 

• Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, SpringBoot, SOA and Microservices
