Description

The ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner is responsible for conveying product vision and roadmap to an Agile delivery team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Product Owner works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow ITSM Product Owner maximizes value of the product created by the Agile team. They will partner with other product owners and the development team ensuring the right product is being built, in the right order, within budget and by the deadline. Serves as the Agile team's primary contact for information, work prioritization, and decision-making. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent and 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow solutions using ITSM
  • 3+ years' of ServiceNow Platform experience as an admin, architect, project, program, or product manager
  • 3+ years' experience of Software Development Lifecycle, leveraging agile practices


Preferred Qualifications
  • A core product management skill set including ServiceNow, SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, UX/UI, and DevOps.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
  • Experience with cloud technologies - Azure
  • ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Administration Certification


Additional Information

Humana and its subsidiaries require vaccinated associates who work outside of their home to submit proof of vaccination, including COVID-19 boosters.
