Accountabilities:

  • Develop and automate business processes and enterprise services using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related applications.
  • Build applications using App Engine and configure workflows, forms, business rules, and integrations.
  • Participate in technical discovery sessions and collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure development best practices, governance standards, and platform optimization throughout project delivery.
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including technical, functional, business, and architecture stakeholders.
  • Contribute to agile project execution using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive innovation within ServiceNow implementations.
  • Requirements:

    • Solid experience working with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and related platform capabilities.
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration, administration, and development.
    • Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and experience with Flow Designer.
    • Experience developing and managing ServiceNow integrations, including inbound and outbound integrations.
    • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative project delivery environments.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
    • Advanced English proficiency for participation in international projects is preferred.
    • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and/or CIS are highly valued.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and clients.
    • Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, adaptability, and continuous learning orientation.
    • Advanced Spanish proficiency, fluent English, or postgraduate/MBA qualifications are considered a plus.
