Security Monitoring

• Enhance security event detection capabilities.
• Level 3 support for threat analysis and incident response.
• Use case fine tuning

Incident Response

• Lead Major Incident Mgmt. act as Primary investigator
• Handle escalated incidents.
• Critical incidents (P1 & P2) Management
• Root Cause analysis

Others

• Cross-workstream collaboration & executive stakeholder management
• Participates in knowledge sharing with other analysts and provide recommendations for improvements
