About Zowie:
At Zowie we believe that buying online should feel like walking into your favorite local shop: personal friendly and easy. Our mission is to recreate offline shopping experiences online - but better. Zowie brings speed and empathy to customer interactions. Our platform automates responses to repetitive questions around return policy order status etc. and saves time for customer service agents who can then proactively turn website visitors into paying customers. It can work as an add-on with existing tools (Zendesk Shopify Gorgias etc.) or become a standalone customer service platform.

What you'll do:

Creating engaging and high-quality content tailored for different social media platforms
-
Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success

Using your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members
-
Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices
-
Creating and implementing a social media strategy communication plans and C-level positioning
-
Building a community around our brand
-
Analysing and improving our social media strategy based on data
-
Strategizing Drafting creating finalizing and cross-checking text picture and video content for social media communication

Advising internal stakeholders on social media communication activities as well as creating and updating guidelines and briefing materials
Ideally you'll bring with you:
-
Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media either in-house or at an agency
-
Extensive experience executing social media campaigns and managing social media on Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Facebook

Proven experience in social copywriting

Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)

High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas
-
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams
-
Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media design tools and applications
10000 zΕ - 15000 zΕ a month
- The proposed budget stands for a B2B contract (+VAT) including unlimited PTO benefits package and ESOP.
