Social Media Specialist (Part time, Contract)

We’re looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to support our Social Media & Community Manager in growing and maintaining Lattice’s vibrant social media channels.

The right candidate should have a background in digital marketing and social media management. Interested candidates should have demonstrably good communication skills and excellent copywriting skills. 

This is a fixed term contract position for a period of 6 months with the option to extend. This role will be expected to work 15 - 20 hours per week.

• You will ideate, engage with, and publish content for all of Lattice’s social channels (FB, IG, TW, LI) around trending HR topics
•  You will respond to and engage with fans and customers on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn
• You will collaborate with the Social Media & Community Manager and the broader marketing team to plan and execute campaigns
• You will measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns
• You will maintain social media analytics & campaign dashboards, providing a monthly report with strategic insights for the broader team
• You will manage the social media content calendar and requests queue
• You will manage administrative tasks for the team on an as-needed basis, such as updating the social media content calendar, processing the requests queue, or processing Slack community member applications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling
• Proven ability to deliver creative content and ideas across text, image, and video
• Experience using social publishing, reporting, and listening tools
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $25 - $34.
