Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Software Architect to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and guiding software projects from conception to completion.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new software or extensive software revisions for internal and external useÂ
- Define product requirements and create high-level architectural specificationsÂ
- Ensure software feasibility, functionality, and seamless integration with existing systemsÂ
- Provide expert consultation on complex projectsÂ
- Guide and coach development teams through project completionÂ
- Translate technical requirements between internal personnel and external customersÂ
You Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldÂ
- 7+ years of software engineering experienceÂ
- Object Oriented ProgrammingÂ
- Proficient in:Â .NET Framework, .NET / C# / ADO.NET / .NET Core; HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Bootstrap, React; Web services; Microsoft SQL Server; Microsoft Visual Studio; Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
Comprehensive Technical ExpertiseÂ
Web Services and Architecture:Â Â
- Extensive knowledge of web services, REST APIs, and web applicationsÂ
- Experience with eCommerce platformsÂ
- Proficiency in single-tenant and multi-tenant architectureÂ
- Microservice architecture designÂ
- Third-party service integrationÂ
- SQL database leveragingÂ
Identity and Access Management:Â Â
- Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, Microsoft Entra expertiseÂ
- SSO/SAML 2.0 integrationÂ
Cloud and Networking:Â Â
- High availability and scalability solution designÂ
- Networking concepts and securityÂ
- On-premises and cloud infrastructure understandingÂ
- Load balancer implementationÂ
Development and Build Tools:Â Â
- Visual StudioÂ
- Azure DevOps (BOARDS, PIPELINES, REPOS, TEST PLANS, ARTIFACTS)Â
- Microsoft IIS applicationsÂ
- Microsoft SQL Server scriptingÂ
- PowerShell scripting for automationÂ
- Microsoft Operating Systems managementÂ
