We are currently seeking a Software Dev. Assoc. Director to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
- Build and launch new products, features, and programs
- Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
- Keep up to date with the latest development software
- Facilitate technical meetings; follow the discussions in order to summarize and capture outcomes
- Ensure proper documentation
- Deep dive to understand the root cause of the problem and work on a permanent resolution.
- Communicate the role up of project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner for senior leadership
- Hire and train new developers
- Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience leading development teams
- 5+ years of experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions
- 5+ years API Integration-Layer7
- 5+ years CADM-Cloud Apps
- 5+ years Agile
- Mentor & Coaching
Preferred / Nice to Have:
- Problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Education:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
