As an AI Software Developer at Dynamo Software, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to extract valuable insights, develop predictive models, and create data-driven solutions. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing and using generative models to enhance our capabilities in generating synthetic data and insights for our clients. You will work to build data pipelines and develop APIs to support our products and services. We are looking for a highly proficient data scientist with prior experience in finance and CRM data analysis and a strong understanding of large language models.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Leverage a broad stack of technologies including Python to reveal the insights hidden within huge volumes of structured and unstructured data
• Create and maintain robust APIs for data retrieval and integration into our fintech applications
• Tune generative models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Use generative models for synthetic data creation for testing algorithms and ideas
• Develop efficient analytic pipelines including components related to data acquisition, exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and modeling for various applications
• Partner with a cross-functional team of software engineers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver client-centered AI powered products
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and fintech industry trends

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics)
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on finance and CRM data
• Ability to create technical examples, prototypes, and demonstrations based on rapidly changing data & tool sets
• Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining APIs for data access
• Knowledge of SQL and database systems
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
• Prior experience working with large language models for NLP tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
