As a Senior Software Engineer , you will be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused building a high - throughput, low - latency, fault-tolerant enterprise data streaming platform using Apache Kafka. This new platform will enable Client's primary initiatives for the future.

The successful candidate will:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Contribute to the technical vision, architecture and implementation for the Client's Streaming Platform (NSP ) ; including CI/CD, Self-Service Interfaces , Feature Development and Continuous Delivery .
• Contribute to contribute to Near Real-Time Data Platform's micro services based orchestration layer

• Contributes to the architectural standards, documentation and operational strategy with engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in languages - Go , other optional languages - Java, JavaScript, Python
• Experience in building large-scale, production grade, cloud native software
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes or other container technologies
• Experience with AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP or other
• Experience in distributed software monitoring, application performance monitoring & its visual representation.
• Experience with data streaming platforms (i.e., Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, Apache NiFi)
