Join our dynamic Azure Customer Experience Engineering team!
We own the Customer Support Platform for Azure, which includes experiences for Azure Customers and Support professionals. We are on the journey of transforming Azure customers into Azure fans. Our top-level objectives include winning customer satisfaction via services and experiences that provide the help they need and reduce customer pain time. The digital transformation of support experiences for Azure customers, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs)/Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and unmanaged partners, is a crucial investment focus to enhance customer satisfaction (CSAT), transparency, and efficiency. This position will play a vital role in improving Azure support experiences, empowering customers with self-help and AI advancements.

We measure our success in terms of Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will be responsible for driving the service quality, instrumentation, reliability, and scalability metrics at every point in the development process. You will have an opportunity to impact the bottom line of our service stack directly. We use a variety of technologies in building our products such as: Object Oriented Programming, Node.js, Azure, Service Fabric, AI, Azure Kubernetes, JavaScript, AJAX, React, Web API etc.

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , or related technical discipline AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with any object-oriented coding languages including, but not limited to C++, C#, Java or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience.
- 2+ years of Distributed Systems experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check:This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software
- Excellence in software engineering practices, including coding with a foundation in data structures, algorithms and testing, debugging and analytical skills
- Enjoy dealing with ambiguity and complexity in a collaborative and intellectually curious environment.

- Building platform and experiences for Azure customers to empower them with best-in-class products and services.
- Working with Azure Product/Service teams and customers to implement scalable self-serve solutions.
- Ensure high quality, secure, scalable and performant code.
- Support customers and livesite in a DevOps model.
