Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer

As a Software Engineer on our CDT Marketing team, your primary focus will be delivering enterprise class, cloud-first, solutions for all of Columbia Sportswear's marketing needs. You will be a key contributing member of an experienced development team, working closely with other teammates to produce robust solutions.• Use logical problem solving to deconstruct issues and requirements, facilitating resilient solution delivery. • Analyze, design, build, and implement service-based solutions using Microsoft Azure PAAS integration services and .NET • Utilize standard testing practices to limit defects. • Execute against a backlog of prioritized work items presented within Azure DevOps and/or Jira. • Interact with mentors and other members of the team, actively participating in daily standups, team meetings, and demos. • Proactively ask questions and follow up to make sure questions don't become blockers.
