Scratchpad is searching for an experienced software engineering manager to join the engineering team. This team is responsible for delivering new features to our fast growing user base. Our work is integral to how Scratchpad brings happiness to revenue teams at companies of all sizes.

• Lead and coach a team of engineers tasked with delivering high quality, high impact features to our user base

• Work closely with your product manager, designer, and engineering teammates to ensure timely completion of projects

• Assess effectiveness of each engineering process to ensure we have the right process in place

• Build a high performance team while fostering a collaborative and supportive engineering culture

• Lead the engineering recruiting efforts

• 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience

• Deep technical expertise and can contribute meaningfully to any technical discussion

• Experience leading inclusive teams and empowering people to do the best work of their careers

• A compelling and clear communicator, able to represent your team to internal and external audiences with differing levels of technical fluency
