Senior Java Developer

About the Client:
Intetics client Cloudbees is the industry-leading solution for Continuous Delivery and Release Automation (CDRA) and has been recognized by industry analysts as the leader in the CDRA space for 4 years in a row.

Responsibilities:

● Work as a contributor in the Jenkins open-source community
● Deliver fixes and enhancements to the Jenkins open source project specifically around
the various plugins
● Deliver fixes and enhancements to CloudBees proprietary Jenkins plugins

● Java (JUnit)
● Git + GitHub (Pull-request creation, addressing feedback, etc.)

● Javascript (Handlebars.js, Webpack, Vanilla JavaScript, Prototype, YUI)

Nice to have:

● Jenkins user experience (already used Jenkins, ideally already installed and administered an instance)

● Ability to work in an open-source environment
● Jenkins plugin development -- Jelly knowledge
● Groovy
● Simple security awareness (what is a CVE, keeping things private and being cautious etc.)
● Agile / Scrum development understanding.
