This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Software Implementation Specialist in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to be a critical interface between clients and a dynamic SaaS platform, driving successful onboarding and long-term adoption. You will guide new customers through implementation, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize the use of automated support tools to ensure client success. Acting as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to provide insights, improve processes, and contribute to product enhancements. This fully remote position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and retention while supporting the growth and scalability of the platform.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth adoption and understanding of the platform
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer support inquiries, providing timely and accurate resolutions
  • Manage, maintain, and improve content in automated support tools to increase customer self-service effectiveness
  • Track and escalate issues to engineering or internal teams as needed, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
  • Gather and share feedback with product and internal teams to drive improvements and enhance the customer experience
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes, explore new technologies, and improve team efficiency
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to support overall customer success goals
  • Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions with a strong track record of successful customer onboarding
    • Strong understanding of business processes and data mapping
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose multiple solutions
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to handle escalated customer situations with patience and professionalism
    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
    • Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
    • Bonus: experience in payroll software or the construction industry
