Your Role and Responsibilities

• Engage with client teams in understanding business context and defining effective solutions.
• As a consultant with banking experience advice business on direction to take. Direct teams effort to define technical operational and user requirements. Present solution and get stakeholder buy-in.
• Work with infra-architects to define the infrastructure setup needed.
• Guide and mentor teams to deliver the solution.
• Define reference architecture and standards for teams to adhere. Conduct reviews to ensure compliance.
• Foresee potential problems and proactively suggest improvements.
• Build framework components and complex parts of the solution.
• Hand off solution to operational support teams and assist support teams in troubleshooting production problems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong experience as a Solution Architect.
• Experience in Java J2EE Spring Boot NodeJS REST API API development Microservices Openshift Kubernetes. Cloud – AWS or Azure SQL and NoSQL database design.
• Significant experience in Retail Banking.
• Well versed with payments wealth management acquisitions channel integration spaces.
• Experience architecting end to end solution approach for Open banking and Digital experience platforms.
• Experience with operational management of solutions delivered to production.
• Knowledge of infrastructure setup involved in realization of a solution.
• Good experience with addressing security across layers (OAuth2/3 encryption SSL).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience designing and building solutions with IBM API Connect API product.
• Agile/DevOps experience.
