Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technology solutions.

• Collaborate with data architects to enhance core applications.

• Develop detailed solution designs aligned to approved architecture and business requirements

• Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and specifications

• Define application components, integrations, data flows, and configuration details

• Collaborate closely with solution architects, developers, and business analysts to ensure design clarity

• Facilitate content configuration and enablement activities for new functionalities.

• Ensure designs align with non-functional requirements including security, performance, and scalability

• Produce and maintain solution design documentation and diagrams

• Support the deployment of releases, ensuring readiness and user acceptance testing.

• Participate in design reviews and address technical risks and issues

• Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5+ years’ experience in Solution Design, technical design, or senior engineering roles

• Strong experience producing detailed technical and solution design documentation

• Solid understanding of application development, integrations, and system design

• Experience working within defined architecture standards and frameworks

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern application architectures

• Experience supporting Agile or hybrid delivery environments

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Bonus Points if you have

• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.

• Expert proficiency in Solution Architecture.

• Expert proficiency in Solution Planning Costing & Pricing.

Candidate must be an Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance
