Responsibilities:

• Software Integration:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and implement custom software solutions to integrate our SaaS platform with clients' existing systems and workflows.
• Automation Expertise:
  • Leverage automation tools, with a focus on Tray.io, to streamline and automate various processes, enhancing overall system efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest automation trends and tools to continually optimize implementation processes.
• Technical Documentation:
  • Create comprehensive and clear technical documentation for implemented solutions, ensuring easy understanding for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Document best practices, troubleshooting guides, and any customizations made during the implementation process.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to ensure alignment on client requirements and successful solution deployment.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing of implemented solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and address client needs effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the implementation process.

Qualifications:

• 1 + years experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as Javascript or Ruby.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools, especially Tray.io or Zapier.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in writing technical documentation.
