- Update existing workflow templates as new functionality or integrations are available, simplifying and enhancing the solution for our customers
- Provide feedback to the R&D teams on trends and insights we are seeing from our customer driven use-cases
- Work in tandem with the marketing team by presenting our no-code solution via Webinars and assisting with blogs
- Research trends of existing use-cases in use by customers and build workflows for the Template Library on the most common solutions Research Security Products and create integrations with Torq
- Curiosity and creativity in solving unique customer problems
- Extensive knowledge in the Security and Operations Field
- Knowledge or experience of APIs / API integrations
- Experience with Scripting and ability to work with JSON data
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) highly preferred
- The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in operations or cloud service environments and related platforms (EDR/XDR/CSPM/SEIM)
- Experience using workflow automation tools in a professional or personal context
- Superb organizational skills and ability to collaborate with a team
