Solutions Engineer

This exempt position will be a key member of the IT Solutions team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom software solutions and integrations to meet the firm's business needs. This position will also lead and support key firm applications and infrastructure such as but not limited to: Intapp Cloud Suite, MS SQL Servers, and NetDocuments.

Essential Duties

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using a variety of programming languages and tools.

• Integrate various systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, database administrators, and managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to custom software solutions and integrations.

• Assist tier 1 and 2 support teams in troubleshooting complex issues when needed.

• Maintain integration and solution documentation.

Qualifications

Knowledge

• Proficiency in one or more programming and query languages such as C#, Python, T-SQL, PowerShell, etc.

• Experience with Intapp IIS/Boomi is a plus.

• Experience with relational database technologies, such as SQL Server,

• Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments) and cloud-based solutions (e.g., Intapp Cloud) is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or demonstrated relevant work experience).

Physical Demands

Must be able to move around the office up to 25% of the time; Position remains stationary at least 50% of the time. Occasionally moves computer/server equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions

Office environment: Position requires up to 20% travel. This position requires occasional work after normal business hours and on weekends.
