The Opportunity:

We are seeking a high-caliber individual to serve as a Solutions Engineer in the US (remote OK). This person will report directly to our Solutions Engineering Manager. The Solutions Engineer will focus on providing excellent and detailed demonstrations of Performio to sales prospects. The Solutions Engineer will also build and present custom prototypes (proofs of concept) of the Performio system to demonstrate key use cases to prospects in all verticals across the US in the Midmarket and Enterprise segments. Our customers span a range of industries and geographies so you can expect to work with a broad cross section of companies around the world.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead compelling product demonstrations of Performio alongside our account executives
  • Build and present customized proof-of-concepts using customers’ real world data and system requirements
  • Help solve prospects’ pain points by identifying how Performio can solve them
  • Work collaboratively alongside Account Executives as a product/incentive compensation expert
  • Talk with all levels of customer teams from individual contributors to C-level executives and use language that appropriately translates complex technical and business information
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Performio’s account executives and customer success team to ensure projects are appropriately scoped

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • You are a dynamic, self-motivated and results-oriented B2B sales/solutions engineering professional with a proven track record of success
  • You are motivated by success and an uncapped commission plan. You thrive on not just meeting goals but exceeding them.
  • You have very strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding your prospects’ sales commission plans.
  • Experience with SQL preferred
  • Preference to candidates with understanding or experience in APIs
