Having found strong product traction with ecommerce brands both in Europe and in the US we’re now searching for a customer-focused technical leader to guide our Solutions Engineering team in the goal of unlocking maximum value for our customers.

Your impact

Contrary to popular belief delivering real-world high-impact AI solutions is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. This is why we’ve built Zowie as a highly configurable and extendable platform capable of addressing many different needs of our customers. As the Solutions Engineering Lead you will drive the quality and speed of our implementations with customers and make sure our internal processes are efficient and sharp.

If you're passionate about understanding customers delivering a lot of value to them quickly and are excited to work in an emerging and rapidly changing field of AI check this role out and reach out to us.

Ideally you’ll bring with you:

• Excellent coding skills proven in development of production-grade applications

• 3+ years of experience in NodeJS (or alternative backend technology)

• Great communication skills to understand customer needs deeply and explain complex technical issues in simple terms

• Experience working directly with high-level customer stakeholders

• Strong organizational planning project management skills

• Experience leading a team of engineers

• Proactive self-started attitude

• Working proficiency in English

It’ll be awesome if you also have experience with:

• REST API/GraphQL integrations

• TypeScript ReactJS

• Docker Swarm / Kubernetes

• Ansible
