As we continue to expand our reach across Europe and the US we're looking for a customer-focused technical leader to guide our Solutions Engineering team. Your mission: unlock the full potential of our platform for our customers.

As the Solutions Engineering Lead you’ll ensure we implement our solutions quickly and effectively making sure every customer experience is seamless. You’ll also refine our internal processes to keep our team efficient and focused.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team of ambitious Solutions Engineers and support their growth.

  • Ensure smooth execution of multiple customer integration or enablement projects in parallel.

  • Assist or take the lead on more complex technical integrations.

  • Improve internal processes and tools to make the Solution Engineering team more effective.

What You Bring

  • Strong coding skills proven in the development of production-grade applications.

  • 3+ years of experience in NodeJS or similar backend technologies.

  • Excellent communication skills to deeply understand customer needs and simplify complex technical concepts.

  • Experience working directly with high-level customer stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Experience leading a team of engineers.

  • A proactive self-starter attitude.

  • Proficiency in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with REST API or GraphQL integrations.

  • Familiarity with TypeScript ReactJS.

  • Experience with Ansible Docker Swarm or Kubernetes.
