Solutions Engineering Operations Specialist

The Role

As the Solutions Engineering Operations Specialist, you will be involved in analyzing existing operational processes and systems within the SE Organization to identify areas for improvement and designing innovative solutions to optimize operations. It includes providing ongoing support and maintenance for these solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure they meet business needs, and effectively communicating with stakeholders for requirement gathering, updates, and training.

What You’ll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement within the SE Org (for functional execution)
• Design and develop innovative solutions to optimize SE operations
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions with SE Org, such as Confluence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, product development, and customer support to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver training on new solutions – working with Sales Enablement where possible.
• Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement. (example Confluence, Trumpet, Loopio, Calendly)
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions. Working with SE leadership on the implementation of our operational framework.
• Ensuring reporting and analysis is embedded into the everyday SE work processes so that making data-driven decisions is a part of our daily habits.
• Establish a program management structure, and the capacity to execute on key functional programs – maintenance of SE labs, shared labs etc.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ experience working in or with a pre-sales organization
• Project Management experience
• Creativity and ability to communicate ideas effectively
• Dedicated and self-motivated with strong interpersonal/teamwork skills
• Experience in working within cross functional teams, and maintaining leadership-level relationships
• Pragmatic and dynamic approach to problem solving
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• IAM/PAM Experience

Nice To Have

• 5+ years’ experience in a cyber-security related domain
• Experience of supporting a dispersed team
• Experience in technical training
• Experience with Skytap or similar cloud-lab providers
• Experience in IAM/PAM related technologies
• Experience of working within a channel-sales organization
• Experience working with PowerBI & SFDC
