About the team:
We're hiring a Sourcer to support the needs of our Finance and Legal functions at Robinhood. You'll be tasked with identifying and engaging world class talent for our teams that are the Foundation of Robinhood.
What you'll do day-to-day:

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert in the technical requirements, and how positions are able to impact the organization
• Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles
• Engage passive candidates and understand their underlying motivations, while providing detailed information on the position requirements and company mission
• Be the face of Robinhood to our amazing candidates. Maintain professional and courteous communication with candidates to foster long-term relationships

About you:

• 2+ years of sourcing experience (at least 1 year in-house experience preferred)
• Proven track-record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from top companies. You do not rely on inbound applicants or third party agencies
• You think of hiring as a partnership and have the gift to successfully work with all different personalities regardless of hierarchy
• Passion for candidate experience and learning about the recruiting process at Robinhood
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starting, creative and resourceful work ethic
• You can think on your feet, but have enough humility to ask questions

Bonus points:
Base pay is determined by market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Please note, some of our roles are open to additional levels which would impact the expected base pay.
