Job Description
Workrise is hiring a Sourcer, Oil & Gas who will:
- Establish and manage efficient talent pipelines utilizing various recruiting tools
- Filter qualified candidates to recruiters for final opportunity confirmation
- Ensure updated and accurate candidate information across all internal systems and establish and maintain worker/candidate outreach cadences
- Work closely with our recruiters improve upon existing process and programs and to develop and roll out fun, creative ways to acquire talent
- Manage the all-important candidate experience from scheduling phone/video interviews to onsite interviews
- Communicate professionally with our candidates (and coworkers!) and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Help track candidate progress from initial contact through an offer
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing:
- Partners with Recruiters to understand their needs
- Screen Candidates by outlining roles, responsibilities and expectations
- Manages campaigns to source and pipeline candidates to be funneled to recruiters
- Maintains relationships with candidates through communication of current and potential upcoming projects and opportunities
- Ensures tools and job boards are continuously audited and clean of old postings.
- Manages job board postings and creates and removes postings at the recruiters direction as well as categorizes and uploads candidates into internal systems
Recruiter and Worker Support:
- Leverage a variety of tools to continually improve insights and trends to business partners and clients
- Provides support to others on the team, sharing insights, knowledge, and experience
What you should have:
- High School Diploma
- Familiarity with a customer facing role (e.g. recruiting, recruiting support, sales support, success, onboarding, etc.)
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Experience in G-suite
- Interest in developing screening and sourcing skills; learning from more senior team members
- Ability to prioritize multiple priorities with varying deadlines
- Ability to maintain relationships through texting, (cold) calling, and flexible availability based on client base
- Excellent ability to communicate both, written and verbally, with a variety of audiences
"Nice to Have" Experience and/or Education:
- Bachelor’s of Science degree in a related field
- Sales, recruiting or similar field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in opportunity or sales pipeline coordination
- Knowledge of Oil & Gas, Energy and/or Skilled Trades industries
- Energized by work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Ability to be a team player; adept at working with multiple people at any given time
- Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat.
- Creative and process-driven: you're constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Job Functions:
