What you will do
You will create and maintain a continual flow of prospective candidates through a variety of methods including networking, cold calling, internet research, referrals, database mining, and other advanced recruiting techniques. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse prospects while building relationship and helping to fill critical positions across Point72. You will also help develop sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers, supported by a fulsome target list of companies and candidates, which you will build and maintain. Specifically, you will
    Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Recruiting Team to develop talent plans and sourcing strategies
- Represent Point72’s brand to prospects and build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Manage applicant tracking system to maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance
- Build market intelligence and identify trends across the industry
- Communicate effectively with the Recruiting Team and HR partners to build talent pipeline
- Tailor candidate evaluation by position, which may include incorporating best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identifying of top performers in the industry

- Proactively network and establish relationships with candidates and employees across the organization to develop pipelines as well as find creative approaches to sourcing candidates
- Effectively multitask and prioritize assignments, while producing high quality work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Are highly organized and can drive initiatives independently, executing the plans and key tasks from beginning to end
- Operate in a professional manner while handling confidential information
- Adhere to the highest ethical standards and work closely with the Firm’s Compliance team
What’s required
- 7+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and candidate generation
- Experience using candidate tracking systems to manage projects, searches, and candidate relationships
- Strong communication skills, as well as organizational and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range is $125,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.Â
