Sourcing and Supplier Manager
Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM degree or equivalent practical experience in semiconductor sourcing and manufacturing.
- 10 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution and sourcing or a related function.
- 5 years of experience managing category strategies and sourcing teams across multiple categories for both goods and services in the indirect category space.
- Master's degree in STEM, Business, or JD.
- Experience leading and facilitating cross-functional or global teams.
- Supply chain management experience, managing foundry and OSAT suppliers for a fabless semiconductor company.
- Industry knowledge of fabless competitive landscape and Foundry/OSAT ecosystem and technology roadmap.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

About the job
As the Sourcing and Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for proactive shaping of supplier capacity, supply flexibility, pricing, contracting, and supplier management of deliverables to meet Google's product development, manufacturing, and sustaining milestones for Custom Silicon.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Partner and collaborate with engineering and product partners to drive development, manufacturing, and supplier management deliverables.
- Demonstrate leadership in driving complex, cross-functional deliverables. Manage ambiguity, engaging and delivering results- turn coax into simple, actionable deliverables with milestones.
- Manage excellent communication and presentation skills to the executive audience.
- Shape and manage supply flexibility, policies, and execution to deliver to the strategic goals.
- Lead negotiations and contracting with foundry/OSAT supply base, IP licensing suppliers, and specialized agreement structures.
