ServiceTitan is seeking a Content Specialist. This individual will focus on supporting our Earned Content team in content creation, playing a crucial role in increasing product demand and driving the sales pipeline.
This individual will work closely with the Demand Generation team to produce new podcast and webinar content, interview and vet potential guests, and optimize content to maximize engagement for ServiceTitan, Aspire and FieldRoutes. This person will also brainstorm and ideate content concepts.
This role will report directly to our Sr. Content Marketing Manager and interact regularly with colleagues, customers, and prospects. This role will also frequently collaborate with our Social Media Manager, Senior Editor, and Copywriters.
This role is designed to nurture an individual to become a public-facing representative for ServiceTitan.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $64,000 - $92,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.

What You'll Do:
- Create landing pages for podcast and webinar content.
- Facilitate communication between internal content creators and external partners.
- Promote content internally via Slack channels and various enablement teams.
- Meet regularly with customer-facing groups to identify guests for the podcast and webinar channels.
- Support Sr. Content Marketing Strategist and Sr. Content Marketing Manager with content creation, planning, and scheduling.
- Pitch ideas for new content initiatives and support their development.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Enthusiasm and strong hosting skills
- 2-3 years of video editing experience (any platform)
- 2-3 years of graphic design experience (any platform)
- At least 1 year of social media management experience and familiarity with scheduling tools
- Ability to think creatively and find new ways to connect with our audience
- Desire to take ownership of work with keen attention to detail while continuously striving for improvement
- Bonus: experience with Canva and Contentful
