What You'll Be Doing in the Role of a Luminate Online Specialist

Develops, coordinates, and executes a comprehensive services plan for community development staff that utilizes Komen's shared fundraising and website tools. Primary tools include Blackbaud's Luminate Online, Donor Drive, WordPress, Salesforce, Volunteer Management System, etc. Services provided may include website content management, peer-to-peer and other event tool configuration and administration, email campaign creation and audience segmentation, and reporting/analysis.

What You Will Bring to the Table

Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with Community development staff to define the scope of Service needs.

Assesses system usability and user requirements to identify and meet evolving community development needs.

Configures peer-to-peer fundraising event registration sites to meet local market specifications.

Builds and delivers email campaigns, messages, and segmented targeted audiences for communication with local market constituents.

Sets up local ticketed or RSVP event registration sites, such as Galas or Luncheons.

Creates and runs reports in fundraising and CRM tools.

Serves as a functional expert on CRM and fundraising systems; recommends ways to optimize use of these systems to enhance business results and follows through to ensure that users are empowered to use the technology. Provides technical expertise and ongoing support.

Pursues and achieves cost-effective and efficient solutions, always promoting a lowest cost of ownership for community staff. Collaborates in finding solutions, achieving quality work, and delivering on-time solutions.

Maintains high sensitivity when addressing customer issues, concerns, and needs.

Collaborates with internal business units to identify best practices and works to incorporate them into the services plan.

Periodically performs tasks or coordinates support calls during non-business hours.

All other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have: (Describe minimum (type and amount) of experience required for competent performance in the job)

Work Experience: 2 - 5 years

Bachelor's Degree: (MIS, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent is preferred)

The candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to problem solve during a conversation. This person should be a self-motivated individual, with the ability to meet task deadlines and drive for results with minimal direction from their direct supervisor.

Travel requirements required outside of your home office will be minimal, depending on our business needs.

Competitive salary $42K to $62K, exact compensation ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location.
