Specialist - Platform Quality

StackAdapt is hiring a Platform Quality Specialist to join our growing Advertising Technologies Team. You will be responsible for auditing ad creatives as well as exchanging inventory. We are looking for Individuals who thrive at using data-driven solutions to support client efforts to buy advertising through StackAdapt’s platform effectively. You will be reporting into our Director of Platform Quality. It is important that you thrive in a fast-paced environment and that you excel at working on multiple tasks at once. Ideal candidates are those with an investigative mindset and extreme attention to detail.

StackAdapt is a Remote First company we are open to candidates located anywhere in Singapore for this position.

What you'll be doing:

• Quality Assurance Support: Assist in conducting audits of exchange inventory to ensure compliance with brand-safe advertising practices. Learn to identify and address issues related to ad-serving and platform functionality.

• Client Support Assistance: Provide support in addressing inquiries and requests from the sales team through Freshdesk. Learn to troubleshoot ad-serving issues and provide guidance to stakeholders as directed by senior team members.

• Training and Development Participation: Participate in training sessions on processes and best practices to enhance your understanding of platform quality initiatives. Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills.

• Research and Analysis: Support research efforts to analyse advertising laws regulations and industry developments globally. Learn to interpret regulatory requirements and contribute insights to support compliance efforts.

• Reporting and Data Entry: Assist in the preparation of reports detailing key metrics related to platform quality. Learn to work with large datasets ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.

• Platform Maintenance Support: Aid in maintaining data hygiene record-keeping and troubleshooting activities to support platform integrity and functionality. Learn to identify and address technical issues under the guidance of senior team members.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Educational Background: Recent graduate with some working experience

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate with stakeholders.

• Interest in Industry: A keen interest in online advertising and a desire to learn about industry trends and technologies.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues in achieving team goals.
