About the Role:
The company is seeking an experienced Identity Protection Sales Specialist who will be responsible for focusing strategic retention of data protection customers.You will be responsible for the retention and renewal of existing customers while driving new business within your territory. You should be comfortable presenting to senior and C-level audience and have the ability to present security solutions and discuss use cases to help customers solve their security challenges and embrace frameworks like Zero Trust.
What You'll Do:
  • Become a Trusted Advisor within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert of CrowdStrike services and products.
  • Actively engage our prospective customers and existing clients to identify new opportunities to grow and provide CrowdStrike services.
  • Run a sophisticated Sales motion from Prospecting to Closure.
  • Work with our Regional Sales Managers and Regional Directors to collaborate and execute plans to qualify and close enterprise business.
  • Collaborate with our Sales Engineers (SE's) to devise and execute account strategies and plans.
  • Partner with our internal sales teams to drive both net-new and recurring revenue.
  • Forecast and report pipeline updates to management team.
  • Provide exceptional sales guidance and high touch customer service, including escalation, triage and coordination of urgent matters, as needed.
  • Stay well educated and informed as to the CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the cyber security market space.
  • Be a go-getter that sets his/her sights above and beyond to blow out their established targets, goals and quotas.
  • May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones, and minimal, but occasional travel for accounts that require a higher touch to achieve closure.

What You'll Need:
  • Maintain and retain existing Data and Protection customer base
  • Ability to understand and position an Identity Protection / Zero Trust solution
  • Minimum 3+ years Sales experience generating net new business.
  • Act as CrowdStrike ambassador and promote the company's value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base
  • Proven experience selling a complex multi-product architecture to Mid - Enterprise organizations, selling into C-level Executives to Evaluator-level Engineers.
  • Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining extensive relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasting; Regular use of Salesforce.com
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism. Leadership, accountability qualities required

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $90,000 - $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
