We are looking for a Specialist Solution Architect to join our Global Speciality Sales team. This is a remote role based in the Western Region - USA reporting to the Sr. Director Specialist Solution Architects. The Specialist Solution Architect serves as the primary technical lead and strategic advisor guiding customers across the Americas to secure workloads and traffic across diverse hybrid and multi-cloud environments by leveraging Zscaler’s Zero Trust Architecture to achieve key business outcomes. The role will also collaborate with field teams (SEs AEs and Transformation Architects) at the highest levels driving internal and customer-facing enablement for Zero Trust Cloud use cases to accelerate Zscaler’s regional GTM strategy. Furthermore The Specialist Solution Architect will act as a critical link between the field and Product Management providing real-world insights and customer feedback to influence the Product Roadmap and ensure Zscaler’s innovations continue to solve the most complex Cloud Security challenges.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Serving as the technical expert for Zero Trust Architecture in Cloud environments focusing on AWS Azure and GCP
- Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to provide technical insights that influence the Product roadmap
- Leading conversations about Zero Trust Security trends strategies and deployment with customers at all organizational levels
- Running customer Proof-of-Value engagements in collaboration with Sales Engineers demonstrating Zscaler’s unique value proposition
- Providing competitive insights and positioning Zscaler solutions as the best alternative

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field or equivalent certifications/experience
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales systems engineering or enterprise security architecture
- Hands-on expertise in security networking and applications with practical experience on at least one of AWS Azure or GCP
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage with diverse audiences from practitioners to executives
- Fluency in English and French is required while proficiency in Spanish and/or Italian is desirable
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA) or similar enterprise-grade SSE/SASE/Cloud Security solutions
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions within Zero Trust frameworks
- Expertise in modern networking (SD-WAN) and cloud connectivity strategies

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
