The Sr Analyst, Training and Development is responsible for supporting the Community Outreach Department by facilitating initial onboarding training of our outside sales/field marketing team plus continuous training in-person and in the field. They will work directly with the Manager, Training and Development to assist in doing virtual and/or in-person trainings.

How you can make a difference:

  • Determine training needs by traveling with sales representatives, observing prospective patient encounters, studying sales results reports, conferring with sales directors
  • Assist where needed in design and development of new learning programs or revisions of current programs by reviewing and providing timely feedback on learning enhancements
  • Work hand in hand with our internal training team to coordinate training and have it live in our Village U platform
  • Travel to different markets and deliver in person training to assist teams and help them drive more patient growth
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities, as delegated by the Training and Development Manager

Experience to drive change:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Sales, Community Outreach, and/or Healthcare in a Training and Development capacity
  • Ability to write a professional correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to patients, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to accurately carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
  • Able to travel 30-50% of the time to different markets where outreach teams are present
  • EPIC personality (Empathy, Patience, Integrity, Compassion).
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
